Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our landlords and tenants receive an effective and professional property management service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties
  • Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs on behalf of landlords
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage relationships with contractors and negotiate service agreements
  • Arrange gas and electrical safety checks and ensure compliance
  • Assist with inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Negotiate deposit returns and prepare contracts
  • Perform ad-hoc administration duties as required
Personal Specification:
  • Experience in residential property management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
