Job Title: Head of Clinical Investigation Unit

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Clinical Investigation Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational planning and oversight of our expanding research portfolio of multicentre clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Unit's Operations Group to review, improve and introduce trial processes and unit practices to maximise efficiency.
  • Coordinate resources and timelines across trial teams, and monitor study progress.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the Unit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical trials and research activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Extensive research experience in the design and conduct of clinical trials, with knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams and individuals.
  • Operational and change management, strategic and planning skills.
