Job Title: Head of Clinical Investigation Unit

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Trials Unit's expanding research portfolio of multicentre clinical trials. As the Head of Clinical Investigation Unit, you will be responsible for operational planning and oversight, leading the Unit's Operations Group, and coordinating resources and timelines across trial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational planning and oversight of our Trials Unit's research portfolio
  • Lead the Unit's Operations Group to review, improve, and introduce trial processes and unit practices
  • Coordinate resources and timelines across trial teams
  • Monitor study progress and ensure timely completion
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve trial efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Extensive research experience in the design and conduct of clinical trials
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and individuals
  • Operational and change management, strategic, and planning skills
