  • To be responsible for the assessment and clinical management of a defined caseload within our Mental Health Service.
  • To develop and implement programs of care, utilizing Dialog+ and other outcome measures to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • To facilitate collaboration between primary and secondary care services, ensuring patients receive coordinated packages of care tailored to their needs.

We require knowledge of Dialog+, legislation around mental health, and The Mental Health Act. A passion for mental health issues and excellent client-centered care is essential. Flexibility and teamwork skills are also highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, depending on experience. This position offers a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
