Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Liskeard, East Cornwall. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with mental health patients and demonstrate clinical leadership skills.

We offer a challenging and rewarding role that involves assessing care needs and managing caseloads within the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Mental Health Service. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs of care, utilizing dialog+ and other outcome measures. Additionally, you will need to develop the interface between primary and secondary care services, providing focused and coordinated packages of care tailored to each patient's needs.

What We're Looking For
As a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse, you will possess current professional registration with the HCPC RMNC and evidence of post-basic training. You will also have extensive experience working with mental health patients and demonstrate clinical leadership skills. A sound working knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and other mental health legislation is essential. Furthermore, you will have the ability to supervise staff and maintain the highest clinical standards.

Estimated Salary: £40,506 - £57,433 per annum.
