Occupational Therapist Band 6 Position in Community Rehabilitation

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients in the community.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties of the role include:
- Providing specialist assessments and interventions to patients in their own homes and in our on-site gym
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic care plans
- Supporting junior staff members in their professional development
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting independence, self-care, and goal achievement. We work closely with physiotherapists, nurses, and rehabilitation assistants to provide comprehensive support to our patients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working at Band 5/Band 6 level
- Previous NHS experience
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
