Occupational Therapist Band 6 Thurrock Integrated Community Team

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and innovative community service in Thurrock. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and rehabilitation assistants to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide specialist holistic assessments and occupational therapy interventions
- Offer expert advice on clinical recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
- Support junior staff members
- Develop and maintain effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Experience working at Band 5/Band 6 level
- Previous NHS experience
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
