Occupational Therapist Band 6 Thurrock Integrated Community Team

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our innovative and dynamic community service in Thurrock. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a friendly and approachable team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and rehabilitation assistants to provide high standards of patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide specialist holistic assessments and OT interventions to patients in their own homes and on-site gym.
- Offer expert advice and clinical recommendations to both OT and MDT teams.
- Support junior staff and provide guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and maintain effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Requirements- Experience of working at B5/B6 level.
- Previous NHS work experience.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
