Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist/Administrator to join our dynamic engineering environment. As the welcoming face of our innovative foundry, you will specialise in advanced metal casting for the automotive and aerospace industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome Visitors: Greet visitors and clients with a friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel welcome and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  2. Schedule Appointments: Coordinate appointments, conference rooms, and facilitate effective communication between clients and our teams.
  3. Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, manage correspondence, maintain organised filing systems, and keep operations running smoothly.
  4. Security: Monitor visitor access on the premises and maintain security protocols.
  5. Team Collaboration: Support various departments with administrative tasks, contributing to exciting projects that drive innovation.
Requirements:
  1. People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  2. Organisational Skills: Multi-tasking, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail to ensure efficient operations.
  3. Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  4. Administrative Experience: Knowledge or experience in a receptionist and administrative role.
