Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.*

This role involves overseeing the delivery of person-centered care to residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. As a Senior Resident Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of care staff, supervising and coaching them to provide exceptional care.
You will also be involved in safeguarding and protecting vulnerable adults, identifying potential risks and taking appropriate action. In addition, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through our award-winning learning and development programs.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A background in person-centered care planning within a care home setting
- Experience in managing a team of care staff
- Ability to recognize signs of abuse or neglect and take appropriate action
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
