As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is the core of everything we do. Our residents are people like you with their own stories to tell. The salary for this role is around £28,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You will get to know our residents and their families, helping us deliver personalized care plans. You'll lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.

You will be assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. One of your key responsibilities is to maintain accurate records of your work and build strong relationships with your team.

We're looking for someone who has completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care and is willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification or equivalent. You should have a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Essential skills include excellent communication, positive energy, and time management.
