Caring Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caring Support Professional to join our team at Leonard Cheshire UK.
**Job Summary**
As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes.
**Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for assisting with daily life tasks including personal care, medication, and mealtimes. You will also escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments. Your duties will include maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
**Person Specification**
- Able to communicate effectively and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Possess personal care experience (not essential).
- Ability to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota where required.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, plus enhancements for night and weekend shifts.
