Care Homes are at the heart of everything we do, and we are now looking for a talented Dementia Care Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of the care home team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, particularly those living with dementia.

You will have a passion for delivering person-centred care and a commitment to promoting independence and well-being. Your exceptional leadership and management skills will enable you to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the delivery of high-quality care to residents, particularly those living with dementia
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the care home, including staff rotas and resource allocation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including care plans and incident reports
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
