Job Title: Transitional Safeguarding Outreach Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transitional Safeguarding Outreach Worker to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our outreach support team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with vulnerable young people, building trusting relationships and providing non-judgmental support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging with vulnerable young people through assertive outreach, building trusting relationships and providing holistic assessments and personalized support plans.

Candidates must have a background in care or support roles, with an understanding of safeguarding and youth engagement. Additionally, they should possess exceptional communication, analytical thinking, planning, and IT proficiency.

We offer a competitive salary (£28,000 - £30,000 per annum) dependent on experience, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
