Job Description

We are seeking an Empowerment Specialist to join our team at Affinity Trust.

The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with their daily living needs and helping them to maintain their independence. As an Empowerment Specialist, you will be working closely with our clients to understand their goals and aspirations, and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve their dreams.

You will be responsible for providing support with medication management, personal care, and household tasks, as well as encouraging our clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide personalized support to clients to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
* Assist with daily living tasks, including medication management and personal care

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is provided

Requirements

* A passion for supporting individuals with daily living needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Enhanced DBS check and ability to commute to shifts on time
