Job Title: Sales Territory Lead

Resourcing Partnership Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Territory Lead to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead sales efforts within a designated territory to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and customers.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Provide coaching and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
