**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Children's Home Manager to support our team in providing exceptional care for young people. As a key member of our Residential Care Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential care, with experience in managing teams and leading by example. You will be committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people and possess excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- To develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- To ensure the home is running efficiently, effectively, and safely
