Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Coordinator to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.
As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential development, ensuring that all aspects of the site are running smoothly and efficiently.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience in a similar role.
- The annual salary for this position is £23,500, plus excellent benefits.
- Coordinating maintenance activities and scheduling regular health and safety checks.
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Managing the property's inventory and reporting any discrepancies or damage.
- Organizing events and activities for residents to enhance their living experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in retirement living or social housing.
- Excellent administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- First-class problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
