We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Helpdesk Apprentice to join our team. As a Digital Helpdesk Apprentice, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, working closely with our contract delivery team to deliver maintenance project works throughout the estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact and provide digital support to the helpdesk team
  • Raise and close jobs and system work orders on our inhouse reactive system
  • Raise quotes and purchase orders on our Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) System Concept
  • Work with the helpdesk team to ensure seamless management of contracts
  • Manage a centralized email inbox on MS Outlook and diary management
  • Book in reactive and PPM (pre-planned maintenance) tasks
  • Deal with subcontractors and use Excel for data entry
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Administration experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own
