Governance Manager

**Company Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our client's team as a Governance Manager. **Salary:** Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide leadership and management in the finance and governance department, with key responsibilities including:
- Providing a business partnering role to the wider organisation
- Supporting the Head of Finance and Governance in the management of the quality and effectiveness of the organisation's finance and governance affairs
- Attend and participate in quarterly governance meetings with senior management
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience of leading, managing, and motivating staff to achieve individual and team objectives. Additionally, they should be able to demonstrate experience of delivering in a business partnering role, supporting a range of internal and external stakeholders, and providing support around a range of finance services.
