Job Description
A Finance & Governance Manager is required to lead the finance and governance team, providing strategic planning and decision support to the organisation. The successful candidate will have experience in financial statement preparation, audit, and management accounting, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and payroll functions using appropriate systems and processes
- Promote risk management processes and attend quarterly governance meetings with senior management
- Develop and implement departmental strategies and policies

Requirements and Benefits
- Successful completion of professional examinations and membership in a relevant professional body
- Minimum two years' post-qualification experience in financial statement preparation, audit, and management accounting
- Up to £45,000 per annum plus benefits, including flexible working and a generous pension scheme
