Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's dynamic team as a Corporate Governance Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of corporate governance, maintaining accurate records and filings, and providing advice and support to senior management and stakeholders.

About the Company:

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience,

About You:
You will have a professional qualification in Company Secretarial practice and previous experience working in a similar role. You should have excellent organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Entity Management: Oversee the management of a global portfolio of entities, ensuring all statutory records and filings are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
- Governance: Ensure the company adheres to best practices in corporate governance, including the preparation and management of board meetings, minute taking, and advising on governance-related issues.
- Annual Compliance: Lead the planning and execution of annual compliance requirements, including the preparation and filing of annual returns, statutory accounts, and other regulatory documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on governance and compliance matters.

Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Company Secretarial practice (e.g., ICSA, CGI, MSc Mgmt & Corporate Governance, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a similar role, handling entity management, governance, and compliance
- Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
