About the Role
">This is a hands-on role where you will have a smaller but more complex caseload, working with children and young people with a complexity of needs, including undertaking in-depth assessments. Through supervision and mentoring, you will share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and students to continually improve practice standards within your team.
As a Children's Advanced Social Worker, you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work with families with complex needs within a multi-agency environment. You will also need to have evidence of substantial post-qualifying training and development, as well as knowledge and experience of social work mentoring, coaching, and training professional colleagues.
Our Corporate Parenting service is committed to providing the best service possible, and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. If you have a passion for relational ways of working and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We promote a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements wherever possible, including working from home. As a valued member of our team, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including up to £2,000 annual retention payment (£1,000 paid every six months) and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
