We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Social Worker to join our team in Devon, working closely with children and families to provide high-quality social work services. As a specialist in children's social work, you will be responsible for leading assessments, developing plans, and delivering interventions to support the well-being of vulnerable children.

About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead assessments and develop comprehensive plans to support children and families
  • Deliver high-quality interventions to address the needs of vulnerable children
  • Work closely with multi-agency teams to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members

You will be based in Devon, working within a dedicated team that is passionate about providing exceptional social work services. Requirements:



  • Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England
  • Substantial post-qualifying experience in children's social work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous annual retention payment of up to £2,000. We also offer a range of excellent benefits, including:
