We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Internal Communications and Content Assistant to join our dynamic team at Opus People Solutions. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will play a vital role in producing engaging written and visual content for our internal channels, including our intranet, newsletters, and Viva Engage channel.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy to ensure all internal content is accessible, on-brand, and adheres to our style guidelines.
  • Coordinate and write content for our intranet, internal newsletters, and Viva Engage channel, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Evaluate communications effectiveness by producing a monthly report on internal communications activity.
  • Research and create engaging content for internal campaigns, including copy, infographics, video, and photography.
  • Support the internal communications function by monitoring the internal communications inbox and providing administrative assistance.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and workshops, including venue booking, AV setup, and delegate registration.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to set up and maintain intranet areas and team channels.
