About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications and Content Assistant to join our team at Opus People Solutions. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will play a vital role in helping us to produce engaging content and maintain our brand's online presence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Coordinate and write content for our intranet, internal newsletters, and Viva Engage channel, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to our brand guidelines.
- Newsletter Management: Maintain our Microsoft Dynamics newsletter system for the internal communications team and departmental newsletters.
- Communication Effectiveness: Evaluate communications effectiveness by producing a monthly report on internal communications activity.
- Research and Development: Research content for internal campaigns and create engaging copy, infographics, video, and photography for use across all internal communication channels.
- Support and Administration: Support the internal communications function by monitoring the internal communications inbox and providing administrative support at internal events and workshops.
- Intranet Management: Support internal departments to set up and maintain intranet areas and team channels, ensuring all internal content is accessible, on-brand, and adheres to our style guidelines.
