About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Glebe Farm Foods. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist the marketing team with all marketing-related administration, including data entry, report generation, and campaign tracking.
    • Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators to inform marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
    • Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, engagement, and advertising.
    • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and campaign tracking.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
    • Assist with event planning and promotion, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Digital marketing experience, including social media, email, and content marketing.
    • Administrative experience, including data entry, report generation, and campaign tracking.
    • Design and digital marketing package experience.
    • Experience with CRM software.
