About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Glebe Farm Foods. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
  • Assist with digital marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing campaigns, and content creation.
  • Support the coordination of marketing projects, including managing timelines and communicating with team members.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and make recommendations for how the organization can incorporate them into its marketing strategy.
  • Assist with event planning and promotion, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
  • Liaise between marketing and sales regarding promotional activity.
Requirements
  • Digital marketing experience, either through academic or commercial experience.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Design or digital marketing package experience is ideal.
  • Experience with a CRM is also ideal.
