About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Glebe Farm Foods. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
  • Assist with digital marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing campaigns, and content creation.

  • Experience with a CRM is also ideal.

  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining excellent working relationships across all functions and with customers and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and timely in record-keeping.
  • Problem-solver, confident to resolve issues independently and utilize escalation processes as necessary.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • A keenness to learn and develop within the marketing team.
