As a key member of our internal communications team, you will play a vital role in producing engaging written and visual content for our internal channels, including our intranet, newsletters, and Viva Engage channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and writing content for our internal communications channels, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to our brand guidelines.
  • Maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics newsletter system and departmental newsletters.
  • Evaluating communications effectiveness by producing a monthly report on internal communications activity.
  • Researching content for internal campaigns and creating engaging copy, infographics, video, and photography for use across all internal communication channels.
  • Supporting the internal communications function by monitoring the internal communications inbox and providing support at internal events and workshops.
  • Ensuring all internal content is accessible, on-brand, and adheres to our style guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with a passion for producing creative content.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and other internal communications tools.
