Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and write content for our intranet, internal newsletters, and Viva Engage channel, ensuring timely issuance.
  • Maintain our Microsoft Dynamics newsletter system for the internal communications team and departmental newsletters.
  • Evaluate communications effectiveness by producing a monthly report on internal communications activity.
  • Research content for internal campaigns.
  • Create engaging copy, infographics, video, and photography for use across all internal communication channels.
  • Support the internal communications function by monitoring the internal communications inbox.
  • Provide support at internal events and workshops, including booking venues, setting up AV, registering delegates, and capturing feedback.
  • Support internal departments to set up and maintain intranet areas and team channels.
  • Ensure all internal content is accessible, on-brand, and adheres to our guidelines.

As a Communication and Content Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that promotes Cambridgeshire County Council\u2019s brand and values. You will work closely with the internal communications team to develop and implement a content strategy that meets the needs of our stakeholders.
