About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Manager for Medical Education to join our team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic administrative support to the Postgraduate Medical Education Team, including coordinating events, managing databases, and preparing reports.

You will be working closely with the team to develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes. This will involve using your leadership skills to motivate and guide colleagues, as well as your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement change.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality medical education and training programs. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £36,000 - £46,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
