Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Stolt-Nielsen. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for the engineering and construction of capital projects, providing technical and management support to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop project details, scope engineering documents, and cost estimates for the execution of capital projects.
- Prepare requests for quotation and procurement documents in collaboration with our procurement team.
- Coordinate procurement and contracting of materials and services for projects.
- Ensure governance on quality, legal, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the commissioning and closure of projects, ensuring timely completion of as-built files.
- Manage change processes and ensure safety, quality, progress, and cost control during project execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, EI&A, Civil, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a project engineering position, preferably in the storage tank or related industry.
- Familiarity with applicable standards and codes for bulk liquid storage facilities, including API, EEMUA, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and CFR.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in terminal or related industry may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Self-motivated with strong administrative skills.
- Fluency in English and local terminal language.
