Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and local youth groups to promote collaborative efforts and resource sharing.

- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver programs that address the unique needs and challenges of young people.
- Support the selection, training, and development of volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality support to our clients.
- Provide young people with accurate information, guidance, and advice, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of program activities, outcomes, and evidence, submitting reports to management as required.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, overseeing their onboarding and delivering training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working directly with young people, including mentoring, providing support, and facilitating educational programs.
- A Level 3 qualification in youth work or a related field.
- A degree in youth work or a related field is highly desirable.
- Personal experience with the challenges faced by the young people we support.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with young people and community stakeholders.
- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
