Youth Services Coordinator

Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Youth Development Worker to join our team at Langton N4P Charity. The successful candidate will work within our Young People's Services team, providing mentorship and support to young people in local schools and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and support young people at risk of becoming involved in serious youth violence.
- Develop and deliver after-school activities and holiday programs to engage young people.
- Collaborate with secondary schools, parents, and young people to develop positive relationships and support networks.
- Manage safeguarding incidents and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
- Deliver successful and positive activities and youth clubs to promote young people's well-being.
Requirements
- Experience working with young people at risk of exclusion or serious youth violence.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and incident management.
- Ability to develop relationships with secondary schools, parents, and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
