Youth Development Specialist

We are seeking a Youth Development Specialist to join our team at Langton not 4 profit. The successful candidate will work within our Young Peoples Services team, mentoring and supporting young people in their schools and on their estates. The role involves delivering 1-2-1s, after school activities, and holiday programmes to prevent Serious Youth Violence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support young people in their schools and on their estates
- Deliver 1-2-1s, after school activities, and holiday programmes
- Work with the Young Peoples Services team to develop and implement programmes to prevent Serious Youth Violence
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
