Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Leader Education's SEND school in Blyth, Northumberland.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality education and support to children with SEND.

What You'll Do:
  1. Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with SEND
  2. Provide individualised support to students with EHCPs, including academic and personal support
  3. Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth
Who We're Looking For:
  • Experienced Learning Support Assistants or those with relevant qualifications and experience
  • A genuine passion for working with children with SEND
  • An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide free CPD training, a refer-a-friend bonus scheme, and opportunities for permanent contracts after a qualifying period.
