About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Newcastle. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support with their Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing emotional support and guidance to students with SEMH needs.
  2. Developing and implementing individualised plans to support students.
  3. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support for students.
  4. Building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  5. Participating in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
