**Job Title: Night Time Leader for Adult Care Facility**
The role of Night Time Leader is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our 90-bedded facility. As a skilled and caring professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff during night shifts, providing exceptional care to our residents and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of staff during night shifts, overseeing their duties and providing guidance as needed
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, responding to their needs and preferences
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working collaboratively with other professionals
- Manage medication administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
**Requirements:**
- NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Medication training and certification
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Experience in leading a team and managing medications
**Salary:** £50 per hour, paid weekly
**Working Hours:** Full-time, night shifts (8-8)
