Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each individual are met.
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interaction, community engagement, and participation in activities.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and respect for all individuals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably with individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
