We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a young male client with cerebral palsy, hearing and sight impairments. You will play a vital role in his daily life, providing personalized care and support within his family home.
Role OverviewAs a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with a registered nurse and another support worker to deliver comprehensive care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Medication management
- Moving and handling assistance
- Personal care
- Creating a positive and engaging environment for the client
At Superior Healthcare, we are committed to your professional growth and well-being. We offer:
- Comprehensive, paid clinical training to equip you with the necessary skills and confidence.
- Ongoing supervision and guidance from our experienced team of nurses and field care supervisors.
- Paid specialist training for additional skills as required by the client's needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
- Experience working with complex care clients.
