Care Support Worker for Adults with Complex Needs

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at Rehability UK.
The successful candidate will work with adults who have complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health issues, to provide person-centred care and support.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living support, including personal care, and assisting with activities such as shopping, cooking, and cleaning.
You will also be required to work weekends and evenings, and be able to build strong relationships with our service users and their families.
Requirements
Previous experience in care is essential for this role, and you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to provide high-quality care and support.
