The Role

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with adults who require personal care and support with daily tasks. The role involves supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and participate in various activities such as day centre, disco nights, bowling, rock climbing, trampolining, horse riding, long walks, art club, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting adults with personal care and daily tasks
  • Assisting with shopping, cooking, and cleaning
  • Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities
  • Encouraging independence and promoting life skills

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care is required
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable adults
