Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Learning and Talent Development Director to join our team in London. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the direction of the curriculum, leading the development of new training experiences, and ensuring on-time delivery of programmes.

The role requires significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training, preferably in a professional services environment. You will also have experience leading and developing direct reports, particularly managing a distributed team.

You will work closely with senior leadership to set the direction for employee development at L., driving continuous improvement and excellence in our learning ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing the European Learning Programme, including conducting training needs analysis, ensuring on-time delivery, and evaluating programme effectiveness.
  • Owning and managing the full learning experience across Europe, including managing suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Working with senior leadership to set the direction for employee development, including defining and overseeing the delivery of new projects to improve learning effectiveness.

The salary for this role is approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career growth and development.
