The Director of Talent Acquisition and Learning will play a crucial role in managing the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for Serverfarm. This includes developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to attract global top talent and meet the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and drive a best-in-class recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the recruiting team to ensure high performance and effective recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across various regions.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and proactively advise on the best hiring strategies.
  • Manage senior or sensitive hiring through the end-to-end recruitment cycle, taking a leading role in candidate evaluation, including initial screening and shortlisting.
  • Ensure interviewers are competent and trained, providing guidance and support where required.
  • Work to identify internal talent pools and enable internal mobility and development.
  • Develop a perspective on talent and advise on career moves through the organization.
  • Deliver market intelligence and act as a trusted advisor with respect to hiring manager expectations versus the marketplace.
  • Conduct and manage direct sourcing activities to fill open positions, and conduct talent mapping exercises to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Define and drive the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks, such as time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
  • Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Regular travel between offices as required, adhering to our hybrid working policy of three office days a week.
