We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team at Private Equity Insights.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your primary goal will be to attract, retain, and develop top talent that aligns with our company's vision and values.

You will be working closely with our CEO to develop and implement our recruiting strategy, ensuring we attract the best talent in the industry. With unlimited growth potential, you will have the chance to advance your career and take on new challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Role Profiling: Define job requirements and create detailed role profiles to ensure accurate candidate matching.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent, both active and passive candidates.
  • CV Screening: Review and evaluate candidate applications, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Assessment Planning: Design and implement assessments to evaluate candidate performance and potential.
  • Interview Scripting: Create and conduct structured interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization. You should have a proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.

The salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in London, with flexible start dates available.
