Role Summary: Prospero Teaching is recruiting an Inclusive Teaching Specialist to work within one of our partner schools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, as well as experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement inclusive lesson plans
  • Provide training and support to staff on inclusive teaching practices
  • Contribute to the development of whole-school policies and procedures related to SEN

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • National Award for SEN Coordination (NA SENCO)
  • Experience of working with children with a range of SEND
