About the Role

iPeople Solutions is recruiting for an Education Health Care Plan Coordinator to work in Lambeth and surrounding areas. The successful post holder will be responsible for a defined caseload and act as the named officer in line with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Code of Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide proactive, supportive, timely, and constructive communications with young people, parents, schools, settings, and other agencies about SEN casework and general SEN issues.
  • To ensure all written correspondence and documents are accurate and well structured, reflecting local and national requirements, including SEN legislation.
  • To manage electronic case files to agreed quality standards and confidentiality in line with Data Protection Act.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary, opportunities for career development, and a supportive work environment.
