About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cluster Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator at Leonardo Royal Hotel London St. Paul's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Meeting & Events department, maximizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all meeting and event inquiries, including responding to requests, updating sales and catering teams, and producing reports to measure progress and opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of function sheets to relevant departments, paying close attention to content and detail.
  • Process daily conference billing, investigate queries, and ensure all brochure requests and information are sent to clients.
  • Maintain C&B files, attend weekly revenue and operations meetings, and identify new sales leads.
  • Deal with complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Take the lead on site inspections, familiarize yourself with sister hotels for cross-selling opportunities, and communicate hotel services to guests.
  • Participate in training and personal exercises to improve standards and performance, work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, and maintain high standards of self-presentation.
