Support Worker Specialising in Community Access

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Support Worker to assist our client with daily living tasks and community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient, and have a gentle approach.
About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance with domestic tasks, tidying, and decluttering. You will also support the client in accessing the community, promoting their independence, and building their confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support with domestic tasks, including tidying and decluttering
- Assist the client in accessing the community, promoting independence and confidence
- Develop trust and understanding within the role
- Maintain a high level of reliability, patience, and gentleness
Requirements: The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

Working Arrangements: This is a self-employed position, requiring 3 hours of support per week at £15 per hour. DBS clearance is required for this role.
